These Terms govern access to and use of the My GlobalTopup platform. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms in full.
1. Description of the service
My GlobalTopup provides a reseller platform for international mobile topups, digital gift cards, bill payments, cash transfers and related services. Availability of individual services depends on the country and operator.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken through your account.
You agree to provide accurate identification when requested and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.
3. Wallet, fees and refunds
Wallets are denominated in USD unless otherwise stated. Funds are credited to your wallet through approved payment channels.
Fees and commissions applicable to each operation are shown in the platform before you confirm. All amounts are final once a topup or transfer has been dispatched successfully; refunds may be issued only when a service could not be delivered.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to launder money, finance sanctioned entities, or resell services in a way that violates the terms of the underlying operators. We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is engaged in such activity.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, including software, trademarks, logos and text, are owned by My GlobalTopup or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.
Third-party brand names shown on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify available services.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by the user during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
